"Back and Back and Back to the Future"

Moya encountered an enormous alien cruiser that subatomically disintegrated while we watched. We detected and brought aboard a shuttle with two survivors: Verell (an elderly scientist) and Matala (his female assistant), who claimed they were in this remote sector researching deep-space gravitational fluctuations. Because Verell and Matala were Ilanics — genetic cousins and long-time allies to D'Argo's species, the Luxans — D'Argo insisted we transport them to their scheduled rendezvous point.

However, while rescuing Verell and Matala from their damaged shuttle, Crichton was accidentally exposed to a mysterious force — and soon afterward found himself experiencing mental "flash-forwards" of some extremely intimate moments with Matala that he insisted felt very, very real. This did not sit well with D'Argo, who found Matala attractive.
