Jotheb was a captive of the Tavleks whose cell adjoined Rygel's. ![[ JOTHEB ]](images/jotheb_main.gif) A multitentacled and multilarynxed being of a species called Trao, Jotheb claimed he was "next in succession to preside over the Collective of Trao" — a group of 10,000 planets with an average of four billion Trao per planet.
Rygel, who claims he once was Dominar of more than 600 billion Hynerian subjects, still maintains that Jotheb had to be lying to impress him.
Having never encountered the Collective of Trao myself, I take no position on this question.
